S.O.U.L. Health Club

Age: 7 years old+ / Type: Class Lesson – Extra Curricular

Healthy activities are the regular exercise and nourishment of both body and mind. We teach rather than facilitate to students the importance of physical activity, fitness, healthy eating and emotional health and wellbeing. We want to support in reducing physical inactivity, childhood obesity and lack of physical activity provision.

S.O.U.L. Wellbeing Workshops

Age: 10 years old+ / Type: Class Lesson – Half Day – Full Day

Ofsted offers guidance to help schools to encourage students spiritual development such as sense of identity, self-worth and personal insight. We use physical activity to teach how to maintain physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Aiming to give every young person the right level of support to help them maximise their full potential.

S.O.U.L. Power Workouts

Age: Student – Staff – Parent / Type: Extra Curricular

Students with better health and wellbeing are likely to achieve better academically. Staff wellbeing is essential to student wellbeing. Qualified in Children’s Fitness, Boxercise, Wallball, Dodgeball and Advanced Fitness. We are able to provide extracurricular classes or sessions to promote physical activity that will appeal to staff and students who want to get active.

Minimum 12 participants: £5.00 per participant
